Sixty clips, posted over sixty days, each one beginning with the last two seconds of the one before. Joined, they become a single unbroken film. A shiritori made of movement.

Each day's clip is four seconds long at 15fps. The first two seconds repeat the end of the previous day's clip, and the last two seconds are new. Because of that overlap, the film could only be built forward: once a day was posted, everything before it was fixed, and the only decision left was where to go next.

The sound came first. Before the first clip, I wrote the whole two minutes as one continuous piece in Logic Pro, and then animated to it, two seconds at a time. So the end was already audible from the first day, even though the images had no way of knowing how they would get there.

Nothing was re-cut or replaced. The finished film is the sixty daily clips joined in order, exactly as they were posted. Made in Cinema 4D and After Effects.
